Preparations are made to make a third trip to Texas. This trip will include interviews with George H. Moore and Kim Rayland Moore of Paducah, Bill Boyles of Sudan, and several Beauchamp family members in Lubbock at the Beauchamp family reunion.
June 2008
The Heritage Newsletter is created and will be published quarterly to keep nearly 300 family members up-to-date with articles and sneak previews of the upcoming family history book: An American Journey.
May-June 2008
The new version of the Moore Heritage website is now online, replacing the previous version which was launched shortly after the start of the project back in early 2005.

The death records of Clara Belle Moore and Helen Catherine Moore are discovered. Clara Belle and Helen were the daughters of Joel Marvin Moore and Eudora Adeline Beauchamp
March 2007
A twenty-one-day trip from California to West Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Illinois, and East Texas was made during the month of March 2007. I met with 26 relatives from both the Moore and Beauchamp sides of the family.
January 2007
Extensive research was done to locate distant Moore and Beauchamp relatives who represent the families of the eight siblings of Addie Beauchamp as well as the six siblings of Marvin Moore. To date, a representative from all families except for two Beauchamp siblings were contacted and interviewed.
August 2006
Long time resident of Kenna, New Mexico, where the Beauchamps homesteaded was found and interviewed. Samuel W. McWhorter lived as a young boy in Kenna in the late 1920's and has agreed to share photos and information from that era.
August 2006
Beauchamp Family Reunion was attended by Robby Moore, Bob Moore, Jim Moore, Dean Moore, Dennis Dunn, Danny Dunn, Alan Dunn, Tim Dunn, Terri Dunn, Lee Dunn. Multiple interviews, photos, and information on the Beauchamp and Moore history were acquired. Trips to the old homeplaces were made to Quitaque, Turkey, Gasoline, Sudan, Beck, and other towns and places.
July 2006
Census documents dating back to 1880 were discovered on the Moore Family as well as World War I registration documents for Joel Marvin Moore and his brothers.
June 2006
Interviews with Dean and Eunice Moore in Palm Desert, California.
May 2006
Interviews made with Darline Moore, Steve Moore, and David Moore.
April 2006
Interviews made with Dennis Dunn in Sonora; Jim Moore, Lois Nixon, Dean Moore in Redding; and Gary Moore in Yuba City result in numerous family stories and nearly 200 historical photos. Among these are three photos of Helen Moore, the fifth daughter born to Joel and Addie Moore. She died at the age of two.

Plans have been made to travel to Bakersfield, Sonora, Redding, and Yuba City to meet and talk with Darline Moore, Steve Moore, David Moore, Dennis Dunn, Jim Moore, Lois Nixon, Dean Moore, and Gary Moore.

Information was gathered from the Williamson County Historical Museum in East Texas regarding Joel Marvin Moore's Great Uncle, Lewellen Moore II, one of the original pioneers of Florence, Texas and Texas Ranger.

Interviews with Bobbie D. Moore, son of Joel and Addie Moore, regarding our family history were conducted and recorded.

Additional research reveals more information on family relatives dating back to the early 1900's.

Correspondences with Mary Love Berryman, great niece to Samuel Henry Moore, produced information, photos, and documents regarding our ancestors dating back to 1775.
