There has been much work that has already been done, but there is much more that still needs to be done. Most family members will say they don't have much, but a single photograph or story may be the missing piece in the larger story of our heritage. Here are a few areas where we could use your help.
Biographies and Autobiographies
Any biographies that exist or that can be written about specific family members within the Moore and Beauchamp families. The goal is to have a detailed biography on each family member if at all possible.

Stories and Tales
Any stories or tales that help tell the story about our family history and heritage. For example: Uncle Frank Beauchamp, on a video recording taken in 1994, recalls the story of Joel Marvin Moore's acceptance of Jesus Christ as his Savior.

Photos, Drawings, and Paintings
Any family or personal photos, drawings, or even paintings that help tell a visual story about our family heritage. For example: so far, we've collected photographs dating from the present time back to the late 1800's.

Letters, Journals, and Writings
Any letters, journals, or other writings that are available and would help give a historical background to our family's history. For example: We have collected a transcript of a letter written by Lewellen Moore's wife, Eppa Thornton Moore, to her niece, Susanna Van Hous, during the civil war.

Historical Documents
Any significant historical documents such as land deeds or a last will and testament that would assist us in researching our past family relatives.

Heirlooms and Artifacts
Any family heirlooms or artifacts that are significant and would help to tell the story of our family's history. There might be, for example, a medal or other war artifacts from the Civil War, World War I, World War II, for example, that could be photographed and shared with the extended Moore family.

Audio, Film, and Video Recordings
Any audio, film, or video recordings of family members or other significant events. This might include sermons by one of the many preachers within our family.

Music Recordings
Any music recordings that represent the many talented singers and musicians within our family over many decades. David Moore's "Grandpa Was A Cowboy" would be an example of music that represents our family heritage.

Genealogical Information
Any information you might have about family members on both the Moore and Beauchamp sides. This would include names, birth and death dates, and their relationship to other family members.
