The Moore Family Heritage Project is a historical and genealogical research project that incudes the ancestors and descendants of Joel Marvin Moore (1892-1980) of Texas and Eudora Adeline Beauchamp of Georgia (1891-1985).
The primary focus of research includes the direct line of descendancy from Joseph Moore, an Irish immigrant, to Joel Marvin Moore of Young County, Texas. This direct line includes Joseph Moore of South Carolina (-1831), Lewellen Moore of South Carolina (1780-1851), John Mayfield Moore of South Carolina (1802-1880), Samuel Henry Moore of Mississippi (1857-1949), and Joel Marvin Moore of Texas (1892-1980).
The secondary focus of research includes the direct line of descendancy from William Beauchamp of France to Eudora Adeline Beauchamp of Newnan, Georgia. This direct line includes William Beauchamp of France (1755-1840), John Beauchamp of England (Unknown), William Washington Beauchamp of Georgia (1824-1906), Thomas Marion Beauchamp of Georgia (1867-1946), and Eudora Adeline Beauchamp of Georgia (1891-1985) .
Historical and genealogical research also includes the direct descendants of Joel Marvin Moore and Eudora Adeline Beauchamp. This direct line includes: Joel William Moore (1915-2004), Thelma Marie Moore (1916-2005), Lois Elizabeth Moore (1918-2007), Alden Beauchamp Moore (1919-2004), Ola Mae Moore (1921-2006), Curtis Dalford Moore (1923-2002), James Horace Moore (1926-), Clara Belle Moore (1929-1929), Helen Catherine Moore (1932-1934), Bobbie Dick Moore (1935-).
The Moore Family Heritage Project is a family-wide effort to compile and chronical the Moore family history in America and is not affiliated with any other organization or group. It was founded in October of 2004 by Robert R. Moore, the fifth great-grandchild of Joseph Moore of South Carolina.
